Consumers in the US are alerted to a recall of 3.6 million Little Giant ladders. These ladders can unexpectedly retract, leading to serious injuries like broken bones and brain damage. The faults involve Rapid Locks that may not engage properly before use. Users are advised to stop using the ladders and contact Little Giant for repair kits and instructions. Affected models include Fortress 2.0, Conquest 2.0 and Quantum, among others.
